Make sure you are well rested the night before. Day of, eat and hydrate. A balanced meal 1-2 hours prior to your session will increase your mood, help stabilize your blood sugar, and ease discomfort.
Avoid: Not eating/hydrating, Alcohol & Caffeine (can negatively impact blood flow, increase bleeding and cause your body to shake)

How LONG DOES A Tattoo take to heal?
A tattoo takes about 2-4 weeks to heal on the surface. Larger/more intricate/tattoos with lots of color/shading require more tissue recovery time taking about 3-6 months to heal.
Numbing cream is generally not used during the tattoo procedure. However, Bactine 4% is available in session at no extra cost.
The FDA advises no higher than 4% lidocaine and warns that concentrations above 4% carry a high risk of system toxicity, alter skin texture (becomes a tight armor), making it harder for the skin to accept the tattoo ink which can negatively affect the pigment and quality
Can i use numbing cream?

Less likely to cause irritation/eczema/dermatitis and have long term negative side effects on the skin’s surface area
